We met in January...the first week...and it was only a couple of weeks that we exchanged emails before we met. And it was only a couple more weeks after we met before his wife found out. During those few weeks in between...all of Jaunary...we had only been together physically a few times...but we developed a friendship online through our emails.
A lot of those emails were sexual... probably most of them...but we also exchanged jokes...cartoons...pictures of snowmoblies(a love we have in common) and just basic getting to know you stuff.
One night he was at work...he worked by himself in his own shop...own business...and he was alone most of the time...and he took a picture of his penis. He dropped his pants...and aimed down...and snapped the shot. It was not erect....it was ment to be funny....a joke....I would have been happy to get a picture of it hard....but it was hilarious! He sent me that limp dick pic....with the caption...*sad without you*...
He sent it to my hotmail. I still have it.
Later, after he was arrested...the police confiscated his computer. He was arrested for a sex crime against a minor. So they went through his computer and found the ONE picture of his limp peepee...and guess what....they used it in court against him to show he was a threat to society. DANGEROUS pornography on his computer!!! That was the only nude picture he had on his computer. No child porn...no adult porn...nothing. But the one pic he did have was shown to the court. They used that picture...and some of our emails to show he was sexually out of control and a threat to society!
His attorney joked about the pic....and nicknamed it *Mr. Happy*.
I don't see anything wrong with the picture....other than it WAS sad without me. It makes me angry that the county attorney would waste their time on a case like his. He didn't have sex with a minor...he didn't rape anyone. He was just a normal guy with normal sexual urges...
The justice system doesn't work fairly for everyone...
